Refund Policy

Before You Arrive

Step 1: Complete your waiver forms

It is critical that you complete your waivers in advance of arrival.

Please use the same e-mail address you used to book your lessons to sign in to complete your waiver.

Participation in WinSport’s Mountain Bike programs and camps (the “Program”) is subject to completion of WinSport’s Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreements (the “Waivers”) by the participant or their parent/legal guardian prior to the first day of the Program. PLEASE READ THESE WAIVERS CAREFULLY! By signing, you will waive or give up certain legal rights including the right to sue for negligence, breach of contract, or breach of the Occupiers’ Liability Act or claim compensation following an accident. In the event the Waivers are not completed, participation in the Program shall not be permitted and a refund will be provided.

The Waivers can be viewed and completed here:

Step 2: Plan what to wear/bring

Our Mountain Bike camps are focused on spending as much time on the trails as possible; we will only use indoor spaces at lunch or if the weather presents a hazard to our staff and campers’ safety.

Please bring clothes that can get dirty. Please be sure to bring:

  • A backpack with no loose straps
  • Bike helmet
(Helmets are required for all levels. Levels 1-4 require at minimum a half-shell helmet; for Level 4, a full-face helmet is recommended. Full-face helmets are required for Levels 5-6).
  • Bike lock
  • Bike
  • Spare tire tube
  • Pads and gloves (optional)
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen (please apply before arrival, and provide a bottle for reapplying throughout the day)
  • Bug repellent
  • Athletic clothing
  • Socks
  • Closed-toed athletic shoes
  • Extra layers and weather-appropriate extras such as rain gear, sweater, pants or wind breaker
  • Any required medication
  • Pocket snacks, lunch (no microwave or refrigerator are available)
  • A water bottle that your child will carry with them all day

When to Get Here

We ask that you arrive at 8:30 a.m. to check your child in. Although our mountain bike camps do not formally begin until 9:00 a.m., this half hour allows time to check-in and become acquainted with the instructors and other campers.

Before Care
Complimentary Before Care is available beginning at 8:00am. If you'd like to take advantage of this service, simply let your instructor know on the first day.

Where to Park

Parking for campers age 4-11 can be found beside Canada's Sports Hall of Fame. Parking for campers age 12+ can be found at the Frank King Day Lodge. There is signage throughout the campus to direct you.

Where to Check in

If your child is 4-11 years old, their check-in will be at the Festival Tent. If your child is 12+ years old, their check-in will be on the east side of the Day Lodge parking lot on the grass.
