Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations made more than seven days before the new lesson start date will be refunded less a $20 processing fee.
Cancellations made between seven days and 72 hours before the lesson start date will be credited to the purchaser's WinSport account.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the lesson start date will receive no credit or refund.
There are no refunds for missed classes during a program.
Credits issued to the purchaser’s WinSport account are valid for one calendar year from the date of issue.
If the participant is sick and cannot attend a lesson please contact Guest Services at 403-247-5452 or [email protected] prior to the lesson to receive a credit to your WinSport account.
If the lesson is part of a multiday program, unfortunately we are unable to provide a make up lesson.
If you are requesting a refund on the missed lesson, a doctors note will need to be sent to [email protected].
Programs, camps, and lessons are subject to cancelation due to low enrollment. Participants will be notified five days before the lesson start date should we require to do so.
You will receive a pro-rated credit if WinSport is required to cancel lessons with less than 72 hours notice for any reason, including inclement weather or operational challenges and constraints.
