Winter 2022-23 Refund Policy
WinSport recognizes that situations change. Here are our current refund considerations.
Season Pass Refund Policy - Medical and Employment Transfer Considerations
Refunds will only be considered due to medical conditions or a transfer of employment. The amount is based on the prorated scale below and is subject to a $20 plus GST processing fee.
We assess for the following:
- medical conditions, supported by a doctor's certificate or
- a transfer of employment, supported by a letter from your employer.
Refunds are based on the purchase price of the pass.
Refunds for family passes cover all members of the pass; no refunds will be given for individual family members.
Refund amounts for medical and employment transfer considerations will be based on the following criteria:

XL Park Pass
Refunds for the XL Park Pass are a subsequent item of, and adhere to the Season Pass Refund Policy outlined above. Refunds will only be considered due to medical conditions or a transfer of employment. Customer Credits will only be considered due to level of usership. The amount is based on the prorated scale below and is subject to a $20 plus GST processing fee.
Refunds are based on the purchase price of the respective pass.
Refund amounts for medical and employment transfer considerations, and Customer Credit amounts for level of usership will be based on the following criteria:

Forgotten, Lost or Stolen Passes
Please contact Guest Services if you have forgotten or lost your pass or if you had your pass stolen.
A replacement fee of $5 will apply.
Hill Tickets
There are NO refunds on ticket purchases.
We issue snow/rainchecks when conditions are poor within 30 minutes from the time of sale. If our chairlifts or magic carpets close for more than 30 minutes, a snow/raincheck applies will apply to the activity ticket.
Refunds or exchanges do not apply on a snow/raincheck.
For XL Park Tickets: Customer Credits are offered in lieu of the XL park being above one's level of usership within 30 minutes from the time of sale. If the XL park is above your level of usership, please visit the Guest Services desk with your ticket within 30 minutes from the time of sale to receive a Customer Credit.
Please note: hill tickets and cards expire at the end of the winter season. They are not valid the following winter season.
