Summer 2026 Refund Policy

WinSport recognizes that situations change. Here are our current refund considerations. 


Season Pass Refund Policy - Medical and Employment Transfer Considerations

Refunds will only be considered due to medical conditions or a transfer of employment. The amount is based on the prorated scale below and is subject to a $20 plus GST processing fee.

We assess for the following:

  • medical conditions, supported by a doctor's certificate or 
  • a transfer of employment, supported by a letter from your employer.  

Refunds are based on the purchase price of the pass. 

Refunds for family passes cover all members of the pass; no refunds will be given for individual family members.

Prior to opening day: 100%

Opening day - July 10: 75% 

July 11 - July 28: 50%

July 29 - August 14: 25% 

After August 14 - Closing Day: 0% 

Forgotten, Lost or Stolen Passes 


Please contact Guest Relations if you have forgotten or lost your pass or if you had your pass stolen. 

A replacement fee of $5 will apply. 


Summer Hill Tickets

At WinSport, the safety of our guests is our top priority. In the event of a weather-related closure of the Bike Park, we offer the following refund or credit policy based on the remaining time from when your pass was first scanned.

 

Credit Policy - Based on Time Remaining in Operating Hours
Time Remaining in Operating Hours* Credit Issued
More than 4 hours remaining 50% credit
Between 2-4 hours remaining 25% credit
Less than 2 hours remaining No credit issued

*Time remaining is calculated from the moment the weather-related closure is announced relative to when your ticket was first used.

 

Please Note the Following:
  • Credits are issued to the customer profile and can be redeemed for future purchases of WinSport products.
  • This policy applies only to same-day, weather-related closures initiated by WinSport staff (e.g. lightning, heavy rain, unsafe trail conditions).
  • Credits will not be issued for:
    • Voluntary early departure.
    • Inclement weather that does not lead to a full closure.
    • Missed reservation or unused passes.
  • Credit requests must be submitted on the day of the closure at Guest Services or by emailing info@winsport.ca with proof of purchase.
  • Credit requests will only be applied to full-day ticket users and are not applicable for the following pass types:
    • Season passes
    • Last 2 Hours tickets
