Pass Holder Pickup

Good news! We've added two more days for Winter Season Passes to be picked up before the 2025-26 season begins.

In addition to Sunday (Nov. 30), you can also pick up your passes on Monday (Dec. 1) and Tuesday (Dec. 2).

To help speed up your pickup, book your time here. As a reminder, Opening Day is Friday, Dec. 5. Watch your inbox next week for updates!

Dates and times

  • Nov. 30: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Dec. 1-2: 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Location
Guest Relations trailer on the north side of the Day Lodge parking lot. Please note that the Day Lodge is not open to the public at this time, so ensure you head to the Guest Relations trailer.

Parking
Guests are encouraged to park in the north end of the Day Lodge parking lot.

Before picking up your pass
Pass holders are strongly encouraged to complete the waiver before arriving to help expedite the process.

Be prepared to show valid photo ID (if 18 years of age or older) for verification purposes.

Other important details of note

  • All pass holders must pick up their own pass.
  • Picking up a Family Pass will require one adult whose name is on the account, and WinSport reserves the right to refuse the release of a Family Pass in the event of suspected product abuse.
  • If you still have your physical Season Pass card from last year, then you don't need to come in at all! Your new Season Pass access will pre-load onto last year's card automatically.

Winter Season Passes will not be sold in-person during the pass pick-up period.

If you are unable to get your pass during the scheduled window, you may do so during the opening weekend of Dec. 5-7 only at the self-serve kiosks in the Day Lodge parking lot, or subsequent days at the Guest Relations trailer. Passholders should expect delays if picking up their pass anytime after Dec. 4.

If you have any questions or concerns about the Winter Season Pass pickup, please email info@winsport.ca for assistance.

Day Lodge update

We’re excited to share that the second floor of the reimagined Day Lodge is now open. This means:

  • Warm seating areas
  • Indoor space to take a break (No equipment, including skis, poles, and snowboards, is permitted on the second floor of the Day Lodge)
  • Second-floor washrooms
  • We’re also working hard behind the scenes to open the Food Court and EIGHTYEIGHT Bar & Grill before the holidays.

First-floor washrooms are also now available, direct from snow, on the east side of the building. As previously announced, the Day Lodge won’t fully reopen this season—but what has already opened is a big step forward. And we’re committed to delivering a fantastic guest experience all season long. Keep an eye on our Plan Your Visit page for updates throughout the winter.

Please note: A Pass or Ticket is required to access the hill as no foot traffic is permitted.
