Ages 8 - 12

Our Youth Girls Ski programs are built to give young girls the opportunity to learn and progress their on-snow skills alongside the supportive and encouraging space of an all-girls group lesson. This creates an environment where girls can gain confidence while building friendships with like-minded people. Girls-only programs are a great option if your child is nervous about trying skiing for the first time, prefers a female instructor, or generally enjoys engaging in physical activity with other girls!

Each program begins with basic skills, advancing to more challenging terrain when appropriate. Participants will be evaluated at the beginning of the program and WinSport may adjust group placements to support an enjoyable and effective learning experience best suited to their skill level. All levels may be repeated multiple times to help build a solid foundation and allow your child to develop their skills at their own pace in a safe learning environment.

We focus on smaller class sizes with a target ratio of one instructor for every seven participants for this program. Standard hill access is included during the lesson.

Multi-Week Lessons

  • January-March: One, two-hour lesson per week, Wednesdays at 5pm, for four weeks.
