For the last few years, many of our guests have shared their challenges with our online store. As a result, we are implementing a new online store to improve the purchasing process.

We are improving your experience, and this transition is the next step! We are in the process of migrating all purchases starting with our winter passes and moving to programs and other products. (Purchase your winter passes and select programs in our new online store. In-person purchases are not yet available).

Thank you for your patience as we work through bugs and challenges.

Here are some benefits of the new online store:  

  • Manage your online account and make purchases more easily. 
  • Complete your waivers during the purchase process.  
  • Going forward, your credits will show online and be available to apply to online purchases. 
  • Season Passes: Upload your own pass photos online (at any time) and pick up your season passes at a self-serve pickup box this winter. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I buy or register for my items?

Navigate to the page for the item you wish to purchase. There will be links to complete your purchase. 

Winter 2023-24 passes are available in the new system. The new system will offer lessons and programs starting with Skate and Hockey. Ski and snowboard programs will follow later this summer.

We will transition all our offerings to the new online store in late summer and fall.

Do I need to complete a waiver?

Yes! Within the new online store, you will complete your waiver(s) online during the purchase process. We are using a new electronic waiver system, but the requirement to complete a waiver remains the same.

  • Each winter season passholder, or their parent/guardian for a minor passholder, must complete their own waiver prior to the issuance of a WinSport Season Pass. A separate waiver will be required for each passholder.
  • Program participants or their parent/guardian must complete waivers as applicable.
  • A link to the applicable electronic waiver will be made available during the sale process.

Are the logins different between systems?

Yes. If you are purchasing winter passes and summer-related products, you will need two logins and accounts. For now, the two online stores will operate separately.

Programs will be added to the new system over the summer and into the fall.

Can I buy my pass or register in a program by calling WinSport?

Yes, you will still be able to call Guest Services to purchase a pass or register for a program. In-person purchases are not available at this time. You will still be required to complete waivers online.

Can I purchase the west road access pass with my winter pass?

The west road access pass add-on option will be available for purchase by contacting Guest Services. Please wait until after September 17.

How do I apply an existing credit to a purchase in the new online store?

If you have a customer credit from summer 2023 or prior, please call Guest Services. They will assist you to have the credit applied in the new system.

What does the purchase confirmation email include?

It will now include details about your purchase.  For tickets and passes, the QR code will be used for winter pass or ticket pick up at our automated pickup boxes coming winter 2023-24.

Can I see my purchase history?

You will only be able to view purchases made in the new system from July 2023 onwards.

How do I correct my member information and profile?

If you made errors when adding a family member to your account. Please contact Guest Services to make any adjustments.

Can I add family member photos directly to my account profile?

For winter passes, photos may be added at any time before you pick up your pass. We will be adding guidelines on the types of photography allowable as well as details about how and where to pick up your passes prior to the winter season.
