Important Information for Your Visit

Teachers and parents,

We’re thrilled to welcome your school to WinSport for an exciting day on the slopes! Before your visit, please take a moment to review the following important details — especially as we continue renovations to our Day Lodge at Canada Olympic Park.

Construction may impact your school’s visit depending on timing, so we’ll keep this page updated regularly. Please check back here for the latest information prior to your school's arrival.

Bus Drop-Off & Pick-Up

School buses will enter the Day Lodge parking lot and turn into the drop-off and pick-up loop, dropping the students near the west side of the day lodge.

Boot & Lunch Storage

With access to the second floor of the Day Lodge, students will they will leave their backpacks/lunch in their assigned area. Students will return to this area for their lunch break or to warm up, if necessary.

Equipment

After dropping their bags at the Day Lodge, students will walk as a group to the Rentals building in the northwest area of the parking lot. After they are fitted for gear, they will walk together to the beginner area to begin their program.

Lunch Options

Limited food and beverage services will be available at a pop-up concession, located on the second floor of the Day Lodge. We anticipate the Food Court will be available to students in January.

Day of Flow

Please note that the day’s flow will change from the beginning of the season through to the new year. We will continue to make it the best experience possible for your student, and that the on-snow program delivery will not change.
