Coaches will be responsible for complete cleaning, sanitizing, and meeting AHS, CSI, and WinSport requirements during their session (coach/team responsible for required PPE - gloves & masks)
BWTC staff will clean and sanitize room and equipment after all training/testing is complete
One coach and one athlete in the room at any time
Coach/operator strongly encouraged to wear a mask at all times (to be supplied by coach/team)
Accordion doors and windows will be open and exhaust fan running while treadmill in use
Athletes to use own equipment:
Poles, boots, gloves, roller skis (to be cleaned thoroughly before coming into the building)
All personal belongings/gear to be placed in the sanitized laundry basket
Pole tips to be swapped out by coaching staff only
All treadmill sessions are under video surveillance and parties not adhering to correct operating procedures, room cleanliness, and Covid-19 guidelines will find their access severely restricted for future use
Any problems or incidents regarding treadmill operation should be relayed to an on-shift WinSport team member as soon as possible and an incident report filled out
