This refund policy applies to all programs, camps and lessons unless otherwise stated.
How to rebook or cancel
- Those looking to rebook or cancel a program, camp, or lesson are asked to contact Guest Relations at 403-247-5452 or email info@winsport.ca as soon as possible.
- If you are unable to reach Guest Relations by phone, please email us to ensure a record of the cancellation request. In the email, be sure to include the participant’s name and the specific program, camp, or lesson, along with the start and end dates and reason for cancellation. A Team Member will then respond in a timely manner.
Late Arrivals
- Joining a program or lesson after it has started will be permitted where reasonable, with considerations made to other participants’ experience. Lessons will end as scheduled. No credits or refunds will be issued for missed time, even if rejoining the group cannot be coordinated.
Enrollment & Waitlists
- Enrollment for all programs, camps, and lessons is on a first-come, first-served basis. Waitlist options are available once a program or camp reaches full capacity. Please contact Guest Relations to join a waitlist.
- Programs, camps, and lessons are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment as determined by WinSport. In this case, participants will be notified of the cancellation via email, at least five (5) days prior to their start date. Participants will receive a full credit applied to their WinSport account or may opt for a full refund by calling Guest Relations.
- WinSport reserves the right to refuse enrollment or participation based on a violation of our policies and procedures; inappropriate conduct and/or failing to respect the WinSport Code of Conduct; failing to respect the rules of the program, camp, lesson, and/or facility; and/or for repeatedly failing to follow instructions of WinSport Team Members.
Weather & Environmental Cancellations
- Credits are issued only when WinSport cancels a scheduled program, camp, or lesson due to weather or environmental conditions (e.g., extreme cold, high wind, low air quality). The decision to cancel rests solely with WinSport. If cancelled, a pro-rated credit1 calculated for the affected date(s) will be applied to the participant’s WinSport account; no refunds. Modified sessions, reduced terrain/lift access, or a participant’s decision not to attend do not qualify for credit unless WinSport expressly declares the session cancelled.
1On-snow programs eight (8) weeks or longer are not eligible for credit. Instead, WinSport will schedule one make-up lesson for a program operating once per week (or up to three make-up lessons for programs operating three times each week).

Third Party Sports Memberships
Provincial and/or National Sports Organizations may require active membership for participation in some WinSport programs. These memberships are not issued or administered by WinSport. Please contact the organization for any membership questions. Check our website for individual program requirements.
