Slide into the ultimate excitement at WinSport’s family friendly Servus Tube Park! Experience the thrill of our eight-lane park, one of the largest in Western Canada. Dress for the weather and enjoy the ride; CSA-approved snow sport helmets are strongly recommended and available to rent.

Tube Park Access
IMPORTANT – EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
The issuance of a Servus Tube Park Ticket (the “Pass”), and each passholder’s use of the Pass and the Servus Tube Park or any of WinSport’s related facilities, is subject to WinSport’s Exclusion of Liability and Assumption of Risk Notice (the “Notice”), which will affect each participant’s/user’s legal rights, including the right to sue for negligence, breach of contract or breach of the Occupiers’ Liability Act or to claim compensation following an accident.

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PURCHASE! You should not proceed with your purchase or otherwise access WinSport’s Ski & Snowboard Hill, the Servus Tube Park or any of WinSport’s related facilities unless you have read and agree to the Notice. If a non-purchasing passholder does not agree with these terms they can return the pass to Guest Relations for a full refund prior to first use.
Tube Park Helmet Rentals
IMPORTANT – WAIVER REQUIRED
A Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement ("Waiver") must be completed prior to rental of Equipment. If the applicable Waiver is not completed, access to WinSport’s facilities and/or rental of Equipment will not be permitted, and a refund will be provided.
The Waiver will be available for completion during the sales process, and a copy is available for preview below.
- The Waiver will apply to all Servus Tube Park Helmet Rentals for the period of time set out in the Waiver.
- Each adult participant must complete their own Waiver.
- A parent/guardian must complete the Waiver for their minor/child participant.
PLEASE READ THE WAIVER CAREFULLY! By signing, you will waive or give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue for negligence, breach of contract, or breach of the Occupiers’ Liability Act or claim compensation following an accident.

PASS REMAINS PROPERTY OF WINSPORT / CANCELLATION FOR MISCONDUCT
All Passes remain the property of WinSport. The passholder must be aware of and abide by the Tube Park Responsibility Code. Passes are not transferable, they are not to be shared, given away or resold. The Pass may be cancelled without refund in the event of misuse, misconduct, or breach of the Tube Park Responsibility Code, or of any other policies, regulations or guidelines - refer to our policies for more information.

Participation Requirements
- Children must be at least four years old and 91 cm (36”) or taller for tubing.
- Children between 91 cm (36”) and 106 cm (42”) must ride in their own tube and be accompanied by a paid adult in a separate tube, holding the child’s tube at all times.
- Children 107 cm (42”) and taller may tube on their own.
- All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the Servus Tube Park. WinSport Team Members are not responsible for child supervision.
- Regular and large tubes are available to suit a range of heights and weights. Riders must be seated fully on the bottom of the tube and able to reach both handles. It is the guest’s responsibility to select a tube that fits correctly.
- Participants must not have any condition or injury that could prevent them from safely participating.
- Adhere to the Tube Park Responsibility Code.
Equipment and Clothing:
- Arrive prepared for varying temperatures and weather conditions.
- Insulated winter boots with adequate grip are advised, and open-toe footwear is not permitted.
- Winter clothing is required, and shorts are not permitted.
- Helmets are strongly recommended, especially for children. Guests are encouraged to bring their own helmets, but CSA approved snow sport helmets are available to rent.
- Ski boots and steel-toed boots are not permitted when using the Servus Tube Park.
- WinSport holds no responsibility for any damage to clothing that occurs during participation in activities.
Except as set out in the above Terms of Contract, we do not offer refunds on ticket purchases. A snow check will be offered if WinSport closes the Servus Tube Park due to adverse weather conditions or if the carpet lift is non-operational for more than 30 minutes. Please note, snow checks are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
