The Discover MTB offering creates an easier entry point into mountain biking and general use of the WinSport Bike Park.
Become introduced to a new, fun, and exciting sport this summer. This camp will equip riders with the skills to participate and enjoy Alberta's only lift-accessible terrain with the goal of navigating Green-level terrain.
Discover MTB will be operated as a one-day, two-hour lesson with both youth and adult offerings.
Terms & Conditions of Sale
A Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement(s) ("Waiver") must be completed prior to the issuance and use of a WinSport ticket or pass (“Pass”), participation in a program, lesson, camp or event, rental of equipment and associated access to WinSport's facilities. If the required Waiver is not completed, a refund will be provided.
All Passes are non-transferable and remain the property of WinSport. Access and enrollment is revocable without refund in the event of misconduct. Cancellation of Passes or enrollment in programs and refunds are subject to WinSport’s Refund Policy.

Prerequisites
- Comfortable riding on pavement and gravel pathway with undulating terrain.
- Able to maintain balance and use both front and back brakes.
- Abel to use gears.
- Minimal to no experience on mountain bike terrain.
Mandatory Equipment
- Half-shell helmet.
- Bike with front and rear brakes.
- Bike with front suspension.
- Shoes with closed toes and heels.
Recommended Equipment
- Biking armour: Knee pads, gloves, shin, elbow and arm protection.
- Spare tube which fits your bike's tires.
- Water bottle and appropriate athletic clothing.
Chairlift Usage
- Chair lift usage is dependant on the groups overall progression and coaches discretion.
