IMPORTANT – WAIVER REQUIRED
A Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement(s) ("Waiver") must be completed prior to the issuance and use of a WinSport ticket or pass (“Pass”), participation in a program, lesson, camp or event, rental of equipment and associated access to WinSport's facilities. If the required Waiver is not completed, participation and access to WinSport facilities will not be permitted, and a refund will be provided.
Each adult participant must complete their own Waiver. A parent/guardian must complete the Waiver for their minor/child participant. The Waiver will apply to the activities and period of time set out in each Waiver.
The Waiver will be available for completion during the sales process, and a copy will be available for preview prior to purchase.
PLEASE READ THE WAIVER(S) CAREFULLY! By signing, you will waive or give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue for negligence, breach of contract, or breach of the Occupiers’ Liability Act or claim compensation following an accident.
PASS REMAINS PROPERTY OF WINSPORT / THEFT & FRAUD ALERT
All Passes remain the property of WinSport. The Pass can only be used by the named passholder, and cannot be shared with, used by, or transferred to another person. Sharing of Passes constitutes theft and fraud and will result in immediate cancellation without refund. We will enforce our legal rights including issuing bans from WinSport’s property and referring the issue to legal authorities.
CANCELLATION FOR MISCONDUCT
We want all our guests to be safe and have fun at our facilities. Users of our facilities are required to comply with the WinSport Code of Conduct and all applicable policies, rules, and safety requirements. This includes the Alpine Responsibility Code for ski and snowboard activities, and the Mountain Bike Responsibility Code for mountain biking activities.
We reserve the right to revoke Passes, enrollments, equipment rentals and access to our facilities, without refund, in the event of misconduct and unsafe behaviour. Please refer to our Policies for additional information.
NO GUARANTEE OF CONDITIONS
We do not guarantee hill conditions, weather or other operating conditions including open terrain or lift operation.
NO FOOT TRAFFIC ALLOWED ON HILL
For the safety of WinSport’s guests, there is no foot traffic allowed or on hill viewing of programs, lessons and camps. Only persons with a valid ticket/pass and appropriate equipment will be permitted on hill.
