Refund Policy

The WinSport Season Pass Promise. All unused season passes will be eligible for a refund, prior to the planned opening day Friday, November 27, 2020 (subject to a processing fee of $20 plus GST).

Winter Season Pass COVID-19 Consideration

In the case of required closures this winter season due to COVID-19 only, WinSport will provide a credit for season passes based on the original payment amount and the number of hill visits up until March 1, 2021. The credit value will be determined as follows:

Winter pass price - Daily ticket cost x Number of visits = Credit value

Note: Credits for family passes will be evaluated based on usage by number of visits of each family member.

Required closures will be communicated to season pass holders as best as possible. Credits will be assessed at the end of the season (April 2021) and granted at that time. Credits issued will be valid for one calendar year and valid towards purchases at WinSport. 

All other cancellations of season passes will be subject to our refund policy as below.

Once the season has started refunds will only be considered due to medical conditions, supported by a doctor's certificate or a transfer of employment, supported by a letter from your employer.

The amount is based on the prorated scale below and subject to a $20 plus GST processing fee. Refunds are based on the purchase price of the pass.

Refunds for family passes covers all members of the pass; no refunds will be given for individual family members.

Refund amounts will be based on the following criteria:

Forgotten, Lost or Stolen Passes
Please see Guest Services for any forgotten, lost, or stolen passes. All replacement cards are $5.
Hill Tickets

There are NO refunds on ticket purchases. Snow/rain checks will be issued when conditions at WinSport do not meet our guests' expectations within 30 minutes from the time of purchase. If the chairlifts or magic carpets are not operational for more than 30 minutes, a snow/rain check will be issued. NO refunds or exchanges will be issued on a snow/rain check.

Please note that hill tickets and reload cards expire at the end of the season and cannot be used the following season.
