There are NO refunds on ticket purchases. Snow/rain checks will be issued when conditions at WinSport do not meet our guests' expectations within 30 minutes from the time of purchase. If the chairlifts or magic carpets are not operational for more than 30 minutes, a snow/rain check will be issued. NO refunds or exchanges will be issued on a snow/rain check.
Please note that hill tickets and reload cards expire at the end of the season and cannot be used the following season.
Season Pass Refund Policy - Summer

Refunds will only be considered due to medical conditions, supported by a doctor's certificate or a transfer of employment, supported by a letter from your employer.

The amount is based on the prorated scale below and subject to a $21 fee. Refunds are based on the purchase price of the pass.

Refunds for family passes covers all members of the pass; no refunds will be given for individual family members.

Refund amounts will be based on the following criteria:

Zipline & Summer Bobsleigh Cancellation Policy

Canceled bookings received seven days or more before the scheduled activity will receive a refund subject to a $21 fee.

Canceled bookings received between 24 hours and seven days before the scheduled activity will be applied as a credit to your WinSport account, usable within one year.

For groups of more than 20 people, cancellations received between 24 hours and seven days before the scheduled activity will be applied as a credit, minus any non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.

Refunds and credits will not be given if cancellations are made within 24 hours of booking.
Rescheduled bookings will be accepted based on availability.

In the event that WinSport is required to cancel, a credit will be provided. Credits will be kept on the purchaser's WinSport account for one calendar year.
