Refund Policy


There are NO refunds on ticket purchases. Snow/rain checks will be issued when conditions at WinSport do not meet our guests' expectations within 30 minutes from the time of purchase. If the chairlifts or magic carpets are not operational for more than 30 minutes, a snow/rain check will be issued. NO refunds or exchanges will be issued on a snow/rain check.

Please note that hill tickets and reload cards expire at the end of the season and cannot be used the following season.

Season Pass Refund Policy  - Winter
The WinSport Season Pass Promise. All unused season passes will be eligible for a refund,  prior to the opening day Friday, November 27, 2020 (subject to a processing fee of $20 plus GST).

Once the season has started refunds will only be considered due to medical conditions, supported by a doctor's certificate or a transfer of employment, supported by a letter from your employer. 

The amount is based on the prorated scale below and subject to a $20 plus GST processing fee. Refunds are based on the purchase price of the pass.

Refunds for family passes covers all members of the pass; no refunds will be given for individual family members.

Refund amounts will be based on the following criteria:

Date of Claim*
Prior to opening day 100%
Opening day - November 27 75%
November 27 - January 14 50%
January 15 - February 28 25%
After March 1 - Closing Day
* Regardless of pass type

Forgotten, Lost or Stolen Passes
Please see Guest Services for any forgotten, lost, or stolen passes. All replacement cards are $5.
