Terms of Contract
IMPORTANT – WAIVER REQUIRED
A Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement ("Waiver") must be completed prior to participation in WinSport’s Programs, Lessons, and Camps. If the applicable Waiver is not completed, participation in the WinSport Program and access to WinSport’s facilities will not be permitted, and a refund will be provided.
The Waiver will be available for completion during the sales process, and a copy is available for preview below.
PLEASE READ THE WAIVER CAREFULLY! By signing, you will waive or give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue for negligence, breach of contract, or breach of the Occupiers’ Liability Act or claim compensation following an accident.

LESSONS, CAMPS AND PROGRAMS REFUND POLICY - Refund Policy
Get introduced to fundamental basketball skills and rules and discover how to improve general athletic skills by playing basketball with friends. Half of the camp will be spent playing different basketball games with modified gameplay. The other half will be dedicated to multi-sport activities designed to further improve physical literacy and complement basketball progression.
Prerequisites
- No previous experience required.
Level Goals
- Learn shooting, passing, and dribbling through drills.
- Enjoy classic games and team-building activities for skill enhancement.
- Develop on-court respect for the game and others.
Mandatory Equipment
- Camp Basics. Please find them in step 2 here
- Two pairs of closed toe athletic shoes: one pair for outdoor court use (concrete surface) and one pair for indoor court use (hardwood surface).
Recommended Equipment
- We will provide all equipment, including basketballs.
Inclusions
- All activity equipment, tools, and safety equipment.

Further develop existing basketball skills and improve general athleticism. Three quarters of this camp will be spent on basketball skill development and gameplay. The remainder of the camp will be dedicated to multi-sport activities designed to further improve general athleticism and complement basketball progression.
Prerequisites
- Some previous experience required.
Level Goals
- Develop individual skills such as dribbling, shooting, and footwork.
- Participants will further their understanding of basketball terminology, concepts, and techniques.
- Enhance defensive prowess through focused drills and strategy comprehension.
- Engage in gameplay and embrace competition.
- Participants will set goals for themselves at the beginning of the camp to work towards throughout the week.

Participants will hone their basketball skills through advanced drills, practice sessions, and defending against different offences with extensive gameplay. Participants will receive specialized training with our coaches to prepare them to be successful in their next team tryout. The vast majority of this camp will be spent on basketball skill development and gameplay. The remainder of the camp will be dedicated to multi-sport activities designed to further improve general athleticism and complement basketball progression.
Prerequisites
- High level of experience required.
Level Goals
- Master high-level basketball skills.
- Improve understanding of both zone and man-to-man defences.
- Build on good habits and training methods outside of camp.
- Participants will set goals for themselves at the beggining of the camp to work towards throughout the week.
