Now closed for the off season
The Ice House is now closed for the off season. We plan to reopen at the end of June. Dates to be confirmed in late May.
Located on the main floor of the Markin MacPhail Centre at WinSport, across from the High Performance Training Centre. A world-class facility, WinSport’s Ice House provides the opportunity for athletes in sliding sports (bobsleigh, luge, and skeleton) to practice a critical element of their sport – the launch.
The Icehouse regularly operates from July and runs until March.
Icehouse Rate Categories
- Canadian National Rate
- International Team Rate (4 athletes or more)
- Small Group International Team Rate (3 athletes or less)
Please message sliding@winsport.ca for this seasons hourly rate for each category.

The icehouse schedule can be viewed below. It will only show 30 days in advance. For booking inquiries more than 30 days away, please contact sliding@winsport.ca
