Summer Activities Operating Status

WinSport is working to determine what summer activities can be offered this summer. The decision will be based on the direction from government and Alberta Health officials, with the safety of our guests and Team Members the number one priority. Once the decision has been made, we will ensure to communicate the decision with our guests.

We are pleased to announce the opening of our mini golf activity on June 13 and limited mountain bike camps and programs.

COP closed to all foot traffic, bicycles and non-motorized wheeled vehicles

With Canada Olympic Park closed to all public users, except Group23 Sports Medicine clients, WinSport has made the decision to close the entire park, including the hill road, to all pedestrians, cyclists and other non-motorized wheeled vehicles.

This decision is for the safety of anyone entering the park.

Signs are now in place at all park entry points to indicate that there will be no cycling, foot traffic or other non-motorized wheeled vehicles (including skateboards, scooters, etc.) permitted within Canada Olympic Park.

Vehicle traffic is permitted during operating hours for only those with business at COP (including the Group23 Sports Medicine clinic) or passing directly through the park to access 16th Avenue (for those who have purchased gate access).

Unlawful entry to our park will expose trespassers to risks, dangers and hazards that may result in serious injury or death. Violators may be prosecuted and may be subject to fines.
