Only an Official Ballot may be used to enter the Contest.  Only one entry per person.  Any person 10 years of age or younger will be required to have a parent/guardian present while they fill out the ballot or such person will not be allowed to enter the Contest.

Eligibility:  The Contest is open to all persons except employees of WinSport, 101.5 Kool FM and their affiliates, as well such employees’ immediate family (mother, father, husband/wife, brother, sister, son, daughter) and persons living under the same roof as such employees.  Entrants that do not comply with the Contest Rules are not eligible to win a Prize.  All federal, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.

Contest Schedule:  The Contest will run April 5, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (the “Contest Period”).  No entry ballots will be accepted after 3:00 p.m. April 5, 2014.  Commencing on April 5, 2014 at approximately 12:30 p.m., a random draw for a Prize will take place from all eligible entries received to that point in time during the Contest Period. The draw for a Prize will take place at the DJ Booth or such other public place in or around the Frank King Day Lodge as determined by WinSport at its sole discretion. One ballot will be drawn by the DJ with supervision of a WinSport representative. Once a ballot is drawn and the name announced, the potential winner will have thirty (30) minutes to check-in at the DJ Booth. If the potential winner does not show up within this thirty (30) minute time period, they forfeit their potential prize and another potential winner will be drawn.    One ballot will be drawn every half hour (30 minutes) for potential winners to enter the Money Tunnel until the earlier of: (i) all fake money totaling $1,015 has been removed from the Money Tunnel; (ii) 4:00 p.m. April 5, 2015; and (iii) WinSport otherwise turns off the Money Tunnel and makes a final draw for all remaining prize money.  If any fake money remains in the Money Tunnel at 4:00 p.m. on April 5, 2014, WinSport will remove the remaining fake money from the Money Tunnel and one final ballot will be drawn by the DJ with supervision of a WinSport representative and the potential winner will be awarded cash equalling the amount of fake money remaining in the Money Tunnel, subject to such potential winner fulfilling the terms of the Contest Rules.  In the event of any malfunction or other logistical problem with the Money Tunnel, WinSport reserves the right to shut down the Money Tunnel and conduct one final draw for a monetary prize equal to the value of the fake money remaining in the Money Tunnel at the time of the malfunction or problem in the same manner as WinSport would draw for money remaining in the Money Tunnel at 4:00 p.m.

Once a ballot has been drawn from the Official Ballot box it will not be returned to the Official Ballot box under any circumstances.

The person named on a ballot that is drawn out of the Official Ballot box is the only individual that is eligible to enter the Money Tunnel, the opportunity to enter the Money Tunnel is non-transferable.  If the potential winner named on the ballot does not want to enter the Money Tunnel they will forfeit their right to win a Prize.

Each potential winner of the Contest, if requested by WinSport in its sole discretion, must provide confirmation of identification either by way of passport, driver’s license or other documentation that may be accepted by WinSport in its sole discretion confirming the name and birth date of the potential winner.

Prize:  Individual prize amounts will vary and will be awarded to potential winner(s) (a “Prize”) until the total cumulative amount of prize money awarded to the potential winner(s) equals $1,015.00 Canadian dollars.   The value of a cash prize awarded to a potential winner will depend on how much fake money the potential winner can grab in twenty (20) seconds while inside the Money Tunnel.  If any money remains in the Money Tunnel at 3:00 p.m. on April 5, 2014, one final random draw will be conducted in accordance with the Contest Rules and that potential winner will be awarded an amount of cash equal to the amount of money remaining in the Money Tunnel without having to enter the Money Tunnel to collect it.

Odds of Winning:  The odds of winning a Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period, the timing of the receipt of eligible entries received throughout the Contest Period, the denominations of the fake money placed in the Money Tunnel, the effect of the air blowing in the Money Tunnel, and the amount of fake money withdrawn from the Money Tunnel by each subsequent potential winner during the Contest Period.
