IMPORTANT – WAIVER REQUIRED
Rental of WinSport Equipment (the “Rental”) is subject to completion of WinSport’s Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreements (the “Waivers”) by the equipment user or their parent/legal guardian prior to the first day of the Rental. PLEASE READ THESE WAIVERS CAREFULLY! By signing, you will waive or give up certain legal rights including the right to sue for negligence, breach of contract, or breach of the Occupiers’ Liability Act or claim compensation following an accident. In the event the Waivers are not completed, the rental shall not be permitted and a refund will be provided. The Waiver can be viewed and completed on our website immediately on the page for rentals and will also be emailed to you upon confirmation of your order.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
I accept full responsibility for the care of any rental equipment (the “Equipment”) rented during WinSport’s 2023 Mountain Bike Season and I agree to pay WinSport for any damage to the Equipment, unless covered by WinSport’s Equipment Damage Protection Plan purchased by me, and I agree to pay WinSport for the full retail value of the Equipment if not returned by the end of each rental period or damaged beyond repair. I understand that I will be required to provide my credit card number as security for the Equipment and I hereby authorize WinSport to charge my credit card for any damage or loss. I also agree to return the Equipment in a clean, undamaged condition to avoid any additional charges.
The Equipment User is familiar with the proper use of the Equipment including but not limited to all quick release mechanisms, brakes and gear shifters. I am aware that there are technicians available to answer questions the Equipment User may have as to the proper use of the Equipment.
I will provide the Equipment User’s accurate height and weight where required. (This information is required in order to properly adjust mountain bike suspension.) I acknowledge that WinSport will be relying on the information provided by me to provide the Equipment for the duration of WinSport’s 2023 Mountain Bike Season. I agree that if the Equipment User’s height or weight changes during WinSport’s 2023 Mountain Bike Season, I will inform WinSport prior to receiving the Equipment.
I agree that the Equipment shall only be used at WinSport’s Canada Olympic Park (“COP”), and shall not be removed from COP under any circumstances, including without limitation the lands to the East of COP known as the “Eastlands,” unless the Equipment is being used away from COP during a WinSport program, lesson, or camp.
I acknowledge that I have read, signed, and agree to the Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (the “Release Agreement”) completed for the rental of the Equipment, and I acknowledge that this Release Agreement shall apply, for each Equipment User, to all Equipment rentals during WinSport’s 2023 Mountain Bike Season.
The information in this form will be collected and used in accordance with WinSport’s Privacy Policy.

Program Rentals

All program/camp rentals are valid for the duration of the lesson only. If participants are in a multi-day program/camp, all rentals must be returned at the end of each lesson and picked up again before the start of the next lesson. It’s recommended all participants arrive in the rental shop 1 hour before the start of their lesson/camp to ensure sufficient time to get through the rentals process and arrive at their lesson/camp on time.
