Chef Jenny's inspiration for our 'Planted' menu derives from a "root to stem" philosophy she has followed for several years. By taking local, every day ingredients and elevating them to a fine dining level through classical methods, Chef has created a multifaceted menu. A menu that not only meets the plant based demand but touches on many different senses. Bon Appetite!
Executive Chef Jenny Kang joined the Bow Valley Ranche in 2015. Growing up on a farm has inspired her to create a menu with quality, sustainability and locally grown ingredients. She enrolled in the SAIT Culinary program and graduated in 2007. From there, she honed her craft by working in some of Calgary’s best restaurants. Chef Jenny’s classic and new cooking techniques are guaranteed to bring love and happiness to the Bow Valley Ranche.
