Before you get to a camp

Waivers, Campfax & Rentals

Now that you’ve registered for a camp, you’ll want to ensure all your paperwork is done before the first day of camp. Prior to the start of your camp you will receive an email with a link to CampFax where all our online waivers exist. Complete all the paperwork under your camp and the only thing you need to print off and bring with you is a copy of your rental waiver if you have selected bike, helmet, skate or other rentals for camp.
Click here to visit CampFax »

If your child would like to be in the same group as a friend, please let us know this information through CampFax. If you’ve attended previous camps or programs at WinSport and already have a CampFax account, we require your information to be updated annually so you may have to fill out new waivers before this summer.

On your first day of camp, bring an electronic copy on your phone or printed hard copy of your registration confirmation. This will help our team direct you to the exact camp you’re looking for.

Hill Road Access (RFID) Gate

WinSport Service Road Access Gate

The gate was put in place to reduce traffic volume to lower maintenance costs and extend the life of the road.

During summer camps, the gate will remain open on the Mondays from 7:15 a.m. to 5: 45 p.m.  to help everyone on their first day.

From Tuesday to Friday of each week, the gate will be open from 7:15 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. and then again 3:30 p.m. -5:45 p.m. The gate will be closed from 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

For half-day camp participants, or if you need to pick up your child during the day, please obtain a Road Access Card from our team at the camp check-in. This card is valid for the week you are a registered camp participant only.

Lunches

Please pack snacks and a lunch for your child for every day of camp or you have the option to purchase our lunch program as an add-on to your camp. If you haven’t already purchased lunch for the week of your child’s camp and you would like to do so, call our Guest Services team at 403-247-5452 ext. 4.

Please note (full day) Hockey camps, Ringette camps, Bikes & Blades, Ninja Hockey Camp and Learn to Skate camps include lunch in the program cost. Please note: you should still bring snacks every day!

If lunch is provided in your camp or you purchased our lunch program, you can see the menu by clicking the link below.
