Ages 12 - 15

Day off of school? Why not make a trip to WinSport's Performance Training Centre! Designed for athletes aged 12-15, this all-day camp introduces participants to all aspects of developing a well-rounded athlete. Under the direct supervision from our Strength & Conditioning team, athletes will be educated on:

  • weight room safety
  • age-appropriate resistance training
  • fundamental movement patterns (running, jumping, coordination, balance, and agility)
  • sport nutrition
  • yoga and recovery tactics
  • leadership, teamwork, and goal setting
Sport Performance Camp

Key Goals

Young athletes will be exposed to a variety of training environments that will safely introduce participants to the weight room that is appropriate for their age and stage of development.  

Equipment Required

  • Athletic clothing
  • Indoor running/athletic shoes
  • Water bottle, with name labelled
  • Lunch

IMPORTANT - WAIVERS REQUIRED

Participation in WinSport’s Performance Training Centre programs, lessons or camps (the “Program”) is subject to completion of WinSport’s Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreements (the “Waivers”) by each participant or their parent/legal guardian prior to the first day of the Program. PLEASE READ THESE WAIVERS CAREFULLY! By signing, you will waive or give up certain legal rights including the right to sue for negligence, breach of contract, or breach of the Occupiers’ Liability Act or claim compensation following an accident.
