Set your child up for athletic success with the WinSport Junior Athlete Development Program for ages 9-12. This program is designed to introduce your child to a fun and supportive training environment, while developing the education and skills to become a well-rounded athlete.
This program can be used to supplement existing sport activities, or as a stand-alone program.
Allow our strength & conditioning team to bridge the gap for your child in this critical stage of motor and skill development!
Key Goals
- Gain an age-appropriate introduction to resistance training, fundamental movement patterns (running, jumping, coordination, balance, and agility)
- Improve conditioning
- Enjoy fun and challenging game play under the supervision of a strength & conditioning coach
Equipment Required
- Athletic clothing
- Indoor running/athletic shoes
- Water bottle, with name labelled
IMPORTANT – WAIVER(S) REQUIRED
A Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement ("Waiver") must be completed prior to participation in any WinSport Programs, Lessons, and Camps. If the applicable Waiver(s) is/are not completed, participation in the WinSport Program and access to WinSport's facilities will not be permitted, and a refund will be provided.
