Ages 9 - 12

Set your child up for athletic success with the WinSport Junior Athlete Development Program for ages 9-12. This program is designed to introduce young athletes to a fun and supportive training environment that aims to develop a well-rounded athlete.  This program can be used to supplement existing sport activities, or as a stand-alone program to get your child active. Allow our Strength & Conditioning team to bridge the gap for your young competitors in this critical stage of motor and skill development!

Junior Athlete Development Program

Key Goals

Participants will explore age-appropriate resistance training, fundamental movement patterns (running, jumping, coordination, balance, and agility), conditioning, and fun and challenging game play under the supervision of a Strength & Conditioning Coach.

Equipment Required

  • Athletic clothing
  • Indoor running/athletic shoes
  • Water bottle, with name labelled

IMPORTANT - WAIVERS REQUIRED

Participation in WinSport’s Performance Training Centre programs, lessons or camps (the “Program”) is subject to completion of WinSport’s Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreements (the “Waivers”) by each participant or their parent/legal guardian prior to the first day of the Program. PLEASE READ THESE WAIVERS CAREFULLY! By signing, you will waive or give up certain legal rights including the right to sue for negligence, breach of contract, or breach of the Occupiers’ Liability Act or claim compensation following an accident.
