Ages 13 - 17

Our Athlete Development Program is designed for any athlete seeking a competitive edge. Teens will learn efficient movement patterns, work capacity, strength, explosive speed, power, and agility to achieve sustainable peak performance.

Using the WinSport Performance App, participants can track individual performance goals, access nutrition advice, and complete mental performance modules throughout the program to build the overall athlete.

Particiapants will be taken through several training blocks during the multi-week program. Education on proper warm-up and cool down protocols, recovery techniques, and at-home supplementary programming will be provided.

IMPORTANT – WAIVER(S) REQUIRED

A Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement ("Waiver") must be completed prior to participation in any WinSport Programs, Lessons, and Camps. If the applicable Waiver(s) is/are not completed, participation in the WinSport Program and access to WinSport's facilities will not be permitted, and a refund will be provided.

  • A Parent/guardian must complete the applicable Waiver(s) for their minor/child participants

  • Any issued passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the participant
