Sport Performance Camp

Ages 13-17

Under the guidance of our elite level Stength and Conditioning team, participants will learn about what it takes to become a top performing athlete. Each day your young athlete will spend time working in our world class Performance Training Centre (PTC) with our strength and conditioning coaches learning about the importance of proper strength, power and movement training plans required to enhance their performance within their sport. Additional classroom-based sessions on mental performance and nutrition will also be included. Please note, additional add-ons are not available for this camp such as before/after camp care or the lunch program. Campers are asked to bring their own lunches or purchase lunch from the Garden Café for their days of camp.


Ages 13-14



The goal over this 2-day training camp is to educate and empower young competitors with the necessary skills and know-how to build their athletic tool kit for the upcoming season. Athletes will learn:

  • Fundamental movement patterns (sprint, jump and lifting mechanics)
  • Flexibility (gain an understanding on when and how to use dynamic vs. static stretching)
  • Mobility and stability (importance of range of motion and joint stability)
  • Recovery protocol (importance of sleep, what an optimal training schedule looks like)
  • Mental performance and goal setting workshop (visualization, problem solving and SMART goal setting)
  • Nutrition workshop (hydration, when and what to eat for pre and post training or competition)
  • Injury prevention
  • Fitness testing

Participation in any WinSport summer camp is subject to the execution of WinSport’s Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks, and Indemnity Agreement, and/or any such other applicable waiver or release of liability (the “Waiver”) by the summer camp participant or their parent or legal guardian (in the event of a minor). In the event such Waiver is not completed, the participant may not participate in the summer camp.
