    Girls Hockey Camps
Our hockey camps feature valuable on-and off-ice sessions. Two daily ice times led by our female coaching staff combine power skating and skill development. Instruction focuses on proper skating mechanics, puck skills (passing, shooting, puck control and possession skills) as well as individual and team tactics. Off-ice training focuses on fundamental movement and sports skills appropriate to age and ability level. These include activities such as shooting and stickhandling clinics, dryland and fundamental movement skills training, flag rugby, handball, ball hockey or floor ball, mini golf and lacrosse.  Players may also get to try out other adventurous activities including wall climbing, Springfree trampolines, Skyline Luge, archery, low and high ropes courses and a tour of Canada's Sports Hall of Fame.
