Ringette Camps
Ringette camps follow the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model to help develop your child's ringette skills in a fun and encouraging learning environment. Our coaching staff round out the training with off-ice sessions to foster physical literacy, athleticism, confidence building, fair play and positive social interactions.

Ringette Camp features valuable on-and off-ice sessions. Each day consists of two daily ice times focusing on skill development and power skating and concludes with a scrimmage game where players can test their skills. Off-ice training focuses on fundamental movement and sports skills appropriate to age and ability level. These activities include an introduction to fitness, dryland and fundamental movement skills training, athletic yoga, flag rugby, gym ringette and handball. Players may also get to try out other adventurous activities including wall climbing, Springfree trampolines, Skyline Luge, archery, low and high ropes courses and a tour of Canada's Sports Hall of Fame.
