Tournament/Camp/Arena Event Booking Procedures

Please complete the following form to ensure we capture the full essence of your event at WinSport. Once all requests are received, an event calendar will be built. We will notify you once your event is confirmed. It is important to note on your application if the date of your event is flexible as this will improve your chances of approval.

Below is our process for confirming event bookings:
  • Once an event is confirmed, the event host has 30 days to return the contract signed with a 50% deposit. If they fail to make this deadline, the dates will be placed back on the calendar and are available to accept a bid.
  • Event applications received past the deadline will be assessed based on availability of the arenas once the both the event calendar and the seasonal sport development calendars are built.
  • If you would like your event to be considered after the deadline, you must apply. Event applications received after the deadline that wish to be considered must be received a minimum of 120 days prior to the event date being requested.

Highly recommended free standing banners are used for Arena and Main Floor Branding. Easy to install and move.

Banners can be hung off Arena Glass, or select locations

WinSport Event Policies

Please note the general event policies:
  1. No outside Food or Beverage is permitted in the park or WinSport venues without written consent from the Director of Sales
  2. No Sponsorship signage may be placed or posted in the Park or venues without written consent of the Director of Marketing
  3. Any Sales and services not provided by WinSport must have written consent from the Manager of Sales and Bookings, Arenas
  4. Location, types of Branding, and fasteners for branding must be approved by WinSport
  5. Event Medical Personnel from WINSPORT must be purchased for the event at the cost of the organization for their event. (Minimum one medic per two rinks. Youth tournaments require one medic for spectators, in addition.)
  6. No Alcohol is permitted on the Arena Level or in the Dressing Rooms.
